Our Farm at Maplewood Senior Living

Our Farm

With a strong passion for celebrating the farm-to-table initiative, and local farmers and purveyors, Maplewood Senior Living purchased a 48-acre working farm in Easton, Connecticut.

Maplewood is working collaboratively with the University of Connecticut’s College of Agriculture, Health, and Natural Resources on a master plan for a long and successful future.

Connected to Our Community

We believe it is important to be connected to our local community and support its economy, as well as have our residents enjoy healthy, fresh, and seasonal foods. Sustainable agriculture and applying those principles toward farming is part of our mission and philosophy.

Residents, families, and the general community will be welcome to participate in life at the farm, where we will be hosting educational opportunities, classes, and taste testings, as well as demonstrations, resident activities, resident family and community events, and much more. Stay tuned for more details.

With Maplewood Senior Living's farm-to-table philosophy, our residents receive only farm-fresh ingredients in our delectable chef-prepared meals.
