With more than 25 years of executive leadership in the luxury senior living industry, Shane is known for operational excellence, building high-performing leadership teams, and creating hospitality-driven communities that bring together innovative wellness, technology, and personalized care.
Shane’s leadership philosophy centers on developing strong teams and a culture of professional growth, an approach that translates directly into consistent, high-quality care for residents. His collaborative style and deep industry relationships have helped establish Maplewood as a leader in resident satisfaction and financial stewardship, reflecting the reliability families can expect from every Maplewood community.
Shane serves as President of the Maplewood Senior Living HEART Foundation and remains actively engaged with the broader senior living field, including organizations dedicated to advancing senior living and Alzheimer’s care. He holds a master’s degree in Gerontological Studies from Miami University.
