Senior Vice President of Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Eileen Duggan oversees operational strategy and execution across all Maplewood Senior Living communities. With more than 20 years of leadership experience in senior living and healthcare, Eileen is recognized for advancing operational excellence, hospitality, and exceptional resident experiences. Since joining Maplewood more than a decade ago, she has held several leadership roles, including Regional Director of Operations and Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Director of Community Partnerships, and Senior Executive Director. Eileen holds a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Iona College.
