With more than 20 years of experience in senior living hospitality and food service leadership, Jason is recognized for building high-performing teams, elevating dining programs, and creating operational standards that enhance both the resident experience and business performance. Prior to joining Maplewood, Jason held senior culinary leadership roles with regional senior living organizations, where he led multi-site dining operations, launched new community culinary programs, and partnered with executive teams to advance strategic initiatives. Jason brings a passion for exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to fostering cultures of excellence through mentorship, innovation, and collaboration.
