Inspīr Carnegie Hill is on track to open this fall at 1802 Second Avenue on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Handel Architects, the 23-story building is the latest project to debut under the Maplewood Senior Living catalog and will accommodate up to 255 senior residents.
The project will contain 15,000 square feet of amenity spaces including a restaurant, a large outdoor terrace on the 16th floor known as Sky Park, a swimming pool, fitness facilities, a shared library, as well as an on-site dementia care center and general healthcare facilities. A dedicated Mercedes vehicle will be made available daily along with an on-call limousine service.
