Cooking up a Taste of Maplewood

Join us for a fun event where two of our Cape culinary directors offer cooking demonstrations featuring harvest-themed dishes. Enjoy some appetizers as you watch our culinary team prepare pork loin with apple reduction sauce, roasted butternut squash, a spiced signature cocktail, and a fall dessert. After enjoying samples of these fabulous fall dishes, take home recipe cards for you to recreate these dishes yourself.
