This three-part series explores key strategies to maintain and enhance cognitive function as we age. Attendees will learn how lifestyle choices such as building cognitive resilience, improving sleep, and managing stress can protect memory and support long-term brain health. Lunch will be served.

STRESS. ANXIETY, AND THEIR IMPACT ON COGNITIVE FUNCTION

Chronic stress and anxiety can negatively impact brain health and memory. This session will explain the physiological effects of stress on the brain and introduce practical strategies, such as mindfulness and stress-reduction techniques, to help protect cognitive function and maintain mental sharpness.
