This complimentary 2-week workshop provides research on the effects of sleep on the brain, cognition, emotions, immune system, and body. Throughout the workshop, you will learn about the many benefits of sleep and strategies to support a good night’s rest to increase well-being and memory. The first week focuses on the connection between sleep, the brain, and cognitive function. The second week provides strategies and a checklist to support optimal sleep, well-being, and memory.
ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Dr. Kristen Betts is a Clinical Professor in the School of Education at Drexel University. She has over 20 years of experience and leadership in higher education and online learning. Her research focus is on Mind, Brain, and Education Science,neuropedagogy, lifelong learning, curriculum design, and professional development.
