The Impact of Alzheimer's on the Family - Maplewood at Cuyahoga Falls

This hour course will refresh the audience on some basic elements of dementia with a specific focus on Alzheimer’s disease, the most common cause of dementia. The course will also discuss the impact of Alzheimer’s on the family, who are often the caregivers, and strategies and tips to create an effective plan to assist families in coping with this debilitating disease. Light refreshments will be served.
