With more than 10 years of experience as a registered nurse leader, Tino has supported patients across hospitals, home care, hospice, and senior living settings and is recognized for advancing clinical excellence and operational quality. Prior to his current role, he served as Regional Director of Nursing and Director of Nursing at Maplewood, where he helped strengthen clinical operations across multiple states.
