As Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and Acquisitions, James Adams leads Maplewood Senior Living’s development and acquisition strategy, overseeing financial analysis, design, permitting, construction, and project delivery across the organization’s portfolio. With more than 20 years of experience spanning architecture, construction management, and real estate finance, James has led more than $600 million in development projects and plays a key role in driving Maplewood’s continued growth. James holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
